Users should limit themselves to no more than 10 minutes in the sauna to avoid the possibility of heat exhaustion or heatstroke.
Members and users with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions that could be exacerbated by exposure to high temperature should consult a medical professional before entering the sauna.
All Fitness Areas
Before using any of the equipment, make sure that a staff person demonstrates the proper use of the equipment.
Exercising may cause conditions such as dizziness, light-headedness, disorientation, exhaustion, or other signs or symptoms that put the exerciser at risk. If you experience any of these warnings, you should stop exercising.
Individuals with open wounds or sores should not enter the pool.
Limit yourselves to a maximum of 10 minutes.
Please wipe off controls, seats and railings when you are finished with your workout.
Please warm up before using the equipment and cool down afterward.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please lower and raise the plates carefully.
Please wipe off pads when you are finished with a piece of equipment.
Free Weights Room
Because of high risk of injury, we recommend you use a spotter when training with free weight and plate loaded equipment.
Please replace all dumbbells and plates on the appropriate racks when finished with them.
Please remove plates from bars when you are finished with them.
Do not hang on the basketball rim or net.
Do throw basketballs on the walls or the walking track.
