A combination of cardio & muscle sculpting exercises to promote weight loss and overall toning.


Group Power

6:00pm Monday and Wednesday

I'ts YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated excerxises. Express is 30 min of Group Power.


Spin

8:15am and 6:00pm Tuesday

High energy stationary bike workout that enhances your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Upbeat instructors will take you on the ride of your life, up hills and mountains and sprints through valleys, while never leaving the room! Exercisers of all levels can participate in the same class and get an awesome workout. Spin Sculpt is the same ride but you get the advantage of getting off the bike and weight training too!


ZUMBA

5:45pm Tuesday

This class is a Fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. This is an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements meant to help you reach your long term fitness goal!


YOGA

9:30am Monday, 9:30am and 5:30pm Wednesday

Create energy and balance in the body by developing both strength and flexibility. Deepen your awareness of your body and performance by moving through various poses and postures. Classes also available for beginner and intermediate levels.


Buns and Guns

Monday 4:30pm

Intense workout which incorporates lower body exercises and lots of curls!


TEMPLE TONERS

8:15am Monday and Wednesday

Come join the ladies of Bellaire Baptist for a full body, low impact workout. An hour designed to uplift your body along with your spirit. From the music to the cool down, guaranteed to get your day off to a great start!


W.A.R.

5:30pm Monday

This class is a challenging workout that incorporates the total body. You will get an increase cardiovascular kickboxing workout that will improve your stamina, endurance, physique, and energy. Come try the new cardio attack class on Wednesday nights! This class is only 30 min!


R.I.P

Tues 4:30pm

A combination of cardio & muscle sculpting to promote weight loss and overall toning.


Body Blitz

Wed 4:30 pm

60 minutes of calorie burning and strength training endurance. Body Blitz will use a variety of equpiment to help shape, tone and challenge your entire body. It will transform you from head to toe.
