High energy stationary bike workout that enhances your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Upbeat instructors will take you on the ride of your life, up hills and mountains and sprints through valleys, while never leaving the room! Exercisers of all levels can participate in the same class and get an awesome workout. Spin Sculpt is the same ride but you get the advantage of getting off the bike and weight training too!
