Group Power & "Power Express" (30min)

M 9:15am&6pm; W 5:30(EXP)&9:15am, 4:30(EXP)&6pm; Fri 9:00am(EXP) ; Sat 8:15am

I'ts YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated excerxises. Express is 30 min of Group Power.


Spin

Tues 8:15 am & 6 pm ; Thur 8:15 am

High energy stationary bike workout that enhances your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Upbeat instructors will take you on the ride of your life, up hills and mountains and sprints through valleys, while never leaving the room! Exercisers of all levels can participate in the same class and get an awesome workout. Spin Sculpt is the same ride but you get the advantage of getting off the bike and weight training too!


ZUMBA

Tues/Thurs 5:45pm

This class is a Fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. This is an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements meant to help you reach your long term fitness goal!


YOGA

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30 am; Sat 10:30am

Create energy and balance in the body by developing both strength and flexibility. Deepen your awareness of your body and performance by moving through various poses and postures. Classes also available for beginner and intermediate levels.


Buns and Guns

Monday 4:30pm

Intense workout which incorporates lower body exercises and lots of curls!


TEMPLE TONERS

Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 8:15am

Come join the ladies of Bellaire Baptist for a full body, low impact workout. An hour designed to uplift your body along with your spirit. From the music to the cool down, guaranteed to get your day off to a great start!


W.A.R.

Mon & Wednesday 5:30pm (30min classes)

This class is a challenging workout that incorporates the total body. You will get an increase cardiovascular kickboxing workout that will improve your stamina, endurance, physique, and energy. Come try the new cardio attack class on Wednesday nights! This class is only 30 min!


Group Core

Tues 9:00am ; Wed 6 am & 5pm, Fri 9:30am (30min classes)

An amazing workout that will help strengthen and tone all areas of you core combined with stretches to increase your flexibility. This class is great for all ages and fitness levels.


Butt & Gut

Thurs 9:15 am (45min) & 4:30 pm (30min)

45 min workout to target the core and glute muscles.


PIYO

Fri 8:00 am (45 min)

Great workout the includes yoga and pilates moves to increase flexibility, core strength and overall balance. This one will ger you sweatin!


Work It Fitness

Thur 5:00pm (30min)

Come get your boot camp on and WORK up a sweat! build endurance & strengthen your body dancing to music!


Group Blast

Tues 9:30 (30min); Sat 9:30am

60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you imprive your fitness, agility, coordination and strength. HAVE A BLAST!
